Shipping information and web store operation
The deadlines below only apply to products in stock (2-7business days), if we need to order the product of your choice, we can accept the deadline from the date of receipt from our suppliers, but we will inform you in advance of the expected delivery time. If you receive an e-mail that the ordered product is currently out of stock, the expected delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
No pre-registration is required to place an order.
Use the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add selected product to your cart. The contents of your cart will appear. If you want to order another product and navigate from the cart page, you can return to the page that displays the contents of your cart at any time with the cart icon in the upper right corner.
You can change the number of items on the cart contents page, and then click the refresh button to save the quantity of that product.
When you're done shopping, click the "Checkout" button on the cart's content page to enter your details and submit your order.
You will receive an automatic e-mail from the system as soon as you receive your order.
We will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours at the latest, informing you of the expected delivery time, referral details if necessary, and answering any questions you may have.
EU Standart Shipping 5-7 business days
EU Express Shipping 2-4 business
The ordered products will be delivered to your home by your local post service (Standart shipping) or by GLS courier (Express Shipping) on working days between 8 am and 5 pm.
Payment methods: PayPal or credit card payment is possible.
When ordering, be sure to provide a phone number where the courier can reach you if needed. If you have any requests or notices to assist the courier regarding the delivery (e.g., name of workplace, other recipient, etc.), please indicate in the comments box when ordering.
