It was not easy to contact the shop. I payed in advance . I did not get repy for calls/ sms at all. Finally I received a wig with many shades lighter /almost platinum-beige color, which is not similar to the pictures. I did not sent it back becouse as I said it was hard to reach the shop to even recive finally any product...so what would happen in a retourn case...
